I can’t find my download email.
Search for Dodo Payments in the inbox used at checkout. Check Spam, Junk and Promotions. If payment succeeded but access is still missing, contact us with your order reference.
My file won’t open.
Let the download finish, then extract any ZIP file and open the PDFs in a PDF reader. If it still fails, tell us your device, browser and the error you see.
Where is my extra case guide?
The 45-case X-ray practice collection is included with the bundle. The delivered filename may still read “150 Common Xray Cases.” Check the product listed on your Dodo receipt and the files provided with that order.
I have a billing or refund question.
Include your Dodo order reference when contacting us. Read our Refund Policy for digital purchases and exceptions. You can also use the buyer support details on your Dodo receipt.
Can you review a patient’s X-ray?
